Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties or fees. If you're on an annual plan, you'll continue to have access until the end of your paid period.
How does the AI receptionist handle complex questions?
The AI is trained on your specific business information and can handle most common questions. If it encounters something it can't answer, it can either take a message or transfer the call to you based on your preferences.
Will the AI work with my existing phone system?
Yes! Our system works with any phone number. We can forward calls to our AI, or have the AI answer directly. During setup, we'll configure it to work seamlessly with your existing setup.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
If you love it (and we're confident you will), you'll be automatically enrolled in your chosen plan. If not, simply cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged anything.
Is there a limit on the number of calls or texts?

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll only pay the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing period.
